Upper East Pied-a-Terre

Construction is nearly finished on this modern renovation of a 600 square foot, post-war, one-bedroom co-op on the Upper East Side. Rift-oak paneling runs the length of the hallway and conceals a washer-dryer, refrigerator, pantry and closets.  The bathroom, range hood and dryer are all vented to the outside behind a panel above the kitchen sink.  Once the backsplash tile is done and the light fixtures are all installed, the apartment will be complete.
